well, BP gets nothing to do with your reading permission level, either your posts though there is a ralationship between "积分" and your posts.
The only thing that affect your reading permision is the "积分" number. The realstionship between the "积分" and your reading permission is like this:
20 reading permission= 200 "积分”
30 reading permission=500 ”积分“
40 reading permission=1000 ”积分“
50 reading permission=2500”积分“
60 reading permission=5000 ”积分'
70 reading permission=......forget about that coz to get this is mission impossible. There is only one person get this on whole forum and he has more than 20000 "积分“
and also, I highly recommed you forget about the logged on time. Because this one doesn't really help you to get more "积分”。
BTW, if you make some posts that only made up by a few words and doesn't make too much sense, like "cool","that's nice", especially on “宇宙世纪研究所”， your "积分“ will be deduct as a punishment. As ong as ur "积分” hits 0, you will be banned from getting into the forum. On another hand, if you make some posts that suppose to be valuble, like what you did here (
http://bbs.cnmsl.net/thread-61565-1-1.html), or you up load your picture on chat forum and you are pretty girl ( be careful, it is a condition that you need to be a pretty girl, otherwise, it not gonna work
), you will get some bouns "积分".
I guess that's all you need to know.
As a personal advise, I strongly recommed you to get to chat forum and intruduce yourself. And if it is possible, try to make posts in Chinese.
