for some reasons i have type in english >_<
you can try griffith universtiy~~~it provides a lot of selections for both domastic and international students.
business or hospitality:
hospitality is the most popular career amoung all the courses in this particular university. you can enrol into bachelor digree easily.. perhaps all the master digree courses require bachelor digree as a foundation >_<
nursing:
everybody believes that there is a lack of nurses in australia, and you can find a job easily anywhere. after you graduate from a 3 years pre-regestration bachelor of nursing study you will gain your registration straght away within a couple of months, and are able to work as a registered nurse anywhere. but conditions apply in different settings, check details for requirements.

this is cerrect. and you have to undertake certain courses and pass a lot extra assessments in australia in order to gain your regestration >_<
wing can have a try this ^_^
but a lot of colledges, especially tafe, provide a vast veriaty of deplomar and certificate courses including business, hospitality and nursing in different divisioins. check details for availability of courses, some facilities may not offer courses for international students.
what i would say is that, reguadless which digree you do, master or bachelor, nothing's easy but nothing's difficult, it depends on you. what kind of person are you truely? where do you want to go after your study? what's your biggest interest? etc.
think about these before you choose anything.
