compare the size of moon and Jupiter, we could assume that Jupiter have more helium 3
also, not just MS need Minovsky ultracompact fusion reactor , some spacecraft , even the warship are use Minovsky ultracompact fusion reactor, so that being the main element of Minovsky ultracompact fusion reactor, the demand on helium 3 is huge, and it could not handle by the moon only.作者:
